THE IMPACT OF FEEDBACK

I was scared to call them up in a pinch because of the reviews but they really came through. After failed attempts at other cab companies (busy signal, numbers not working) I was desperate and called ---because I needed to be somewhere soon and luckily after my call, a cab was dispatched within 15 minutes, whew!! --Luckily the cabbie was really nice and polite!

I seriously sign up for this…just to rate --- cab. Can’t believe this company is still operating when there are lots of other choices in the city. Do they know anything about customer services?? Yea MUNI phone lines are always busy too, but at least they are trained and would greet you or apologize when buses are late. But actually you know what? The drivers gain some points for the company. At least they won’t yawn loudly when you are talking and not apologize, or hang up your calls, or sent you a cab to "**street" when you have definitely repeated "avenue" several times, and not apologize!...I've looked at the reviews here before, if I could be anything more than a stupid, I would not believe in this company so many times and got disappointed again and again…
Here's a funny story if you want to continue. Once there was a --- driver (I’m not discriminating! I just wanna say that he's really not so good in English. I had to repeat almost every sentence but still he didn’t understand) who didn't have a GPS, and never heard of City College! I asked if he had a map, and he did -- but the map was only showing the north half of the city!!! It didn't even have City College on it!!  Interesting. I really can’t understand that. Was it the first day he being a taxi driver? Finally he drove miles further…and I ended up spending twice the price plus being so much late for exam. Poor guy. Get a full map next time…

I was once waiting next to another woman who was also waiting for a cab and it was taking longer than usual since it had just starting raining hard. She looked at me and said, 'I feel like I'm having a --- Cab experience'…

Taxiing should be easy, right?  You shouldn't have to wait hours for one to show up after you've called.  You shouldn't have to deal with sketchy drivers taking you in all sorts of directions.  Trust in ---.  They show up on time, wait for you and even buzz your door to let you know they've arrived…
